The following is just a sampling of the different types of projects our home inspector has worked on.
Charter Development Corporation
Owner’s representative for a $2.2 Million retail mall renovation project. The project included site parking and drainage renovations, a façade upgrade, and a physical therapy space fit-up. This was an active retail mall with multiple tenants that needed to maintain business during the construction project. All tenants were pleased with the project!
Pinkerton Place
The construction manager for a 5 acres $5.5 million commercial subdivision in Derry, NH. RKL carried this project from concept to completion. The project included: merging two separate lots, demolition of one existing building, conversion/renovation of existing auto dealership facility to a retail space, complete site infrastructure, construction of a 16,000 square foot retail building, and a 4,200 square foot retail space. Included complete site design, building design, and permitting.
Hannaford Bros, Inc.
Project manager for the construction of new and renovated retail stores ranging from 35,000 to 50,000 sf at a total cost of $7.0 to $8.5 million. Construction schedules ranged from 36 to 38 weeks groundbreaking to Grand Opening. All Stores opened as scheduled.
Dartmouth College Real Estate
Project manager for the construction of a $3.0 million rental housing complex and developing a 25 home subdivision. The project included complete site development with: roads, drainage system, all utilities, and the construction of 25 homes.
Shaw’s Supermarkets, Inc.
Project manager for the construction of several new and renovated retail stores ranging from 45,000 to 75,000 sf at a total cost of $6.0 to $9.0 million. Construction schedules ranged from 21 to 31 weeks groundbreaking to Grand Opening.
Hadlock Field, Portland, ME
Senior project manager for the renovation of a baseball stadium in Portland, Maine. The total construction value was $5.0 million. The project team included: two separate owners, three design firms, a general contractor, stadium erectors, and city crews as part of the construction team.
