We have a lot of background in renovations on older homes, bringing them into the century. We’ve covered all bases, including manufactured homes. Compared to other inspectors, we have a trained eye with structured buildings and homes, and we know this benefits our clients. Our home inspector likes to highlight the home’s needs, rather than looking only at the long-term needs and what it’ll cost them.

Randall LaClaire, Inspector

As a young boy, Randall worked with his father to fix up rental property and homes purchased at a discount due to needing renovation. This developed a love for construction of all types. After going to college for civil engineering, Randy worked for engineering firms, contractors, and design/build firms before starting his own contracting and construction services company. Randy now brings this experience to help RKL Home Inspections’ clients gain a rock-solid understanding of the property they are investing in.
